• Orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on stock and supplier availability.

• Personalised kit may take longer.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

• If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options.

1. Order Processing

All kit orders placed through the Northwest Academy FC website are processed within 3–5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch. Personalised or made‑to‑order items may take up to 21 days depending on supplier lead times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our members.

4. Dispatch Notifications

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is available, the tracking number will be included.
